The Ford motor Company is better known as Ford. The headquarters of this company are located in Michigan in the suburbs of Detroit USA. The company was started in 1903 by Henry Ford which is where the company name derives from. The company has been making great automobiles and commercial vehicles for many years. The great company had earlier produced tractors and car components.

The company is known for the great automobiles that it has manufactured for more than 110 years for markets all over the world. Jaguar and Land Rover were formerly subsidiaries of Ford. They were however sold off to the Tata Motors group in 2008. In the year 2010, the company was awarded the prize of becoming the fifth largest automaker in Europe. The company also changes and renews the technology it uses in line with market trends. They introduced hybrid technology to cater to the needs of the people. Ford Fusion Hybrid is the newest technology introduced into certain models built since 2010.
