During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till £27,383. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from £28,110 to £26,829.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -5 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from £27,469.75 to £26,058 during February and March.
