During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till £25,414. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from £26,554 to £25,502. In the last two, the price has gone through a -6 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from £26,028 to £24,578 during February and March.
