The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -9 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -18 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from £10,679.25 to £8,796.
The average price for Volvo V70 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2002 and 2013, the average price is £5,063.7. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2002 (£3,364) moving up till (£7,512)in 2013. During the next two years (2014, 2015) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 113 %.
