During November the price went trough a strong deflation till £18,484. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -13 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from £19,404.5 to £18,478.5 during February and March.
