During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till £16,370. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from £17,360.5 to £16,807.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -14 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from £17,084 to £14,748.5 during February and March.
