Mercedes Benz e class Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Mercedes Benz e class cars have increased during the last 6 months. In September the price for a car is £65,461 increasing till £72,476 in October. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price rose somewhat going from £68,968.5 to £73,223. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from £71,095.75 to £71,739.5 during January and February.
The average price for Mercedes Benz e class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is £8,312.94. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (£5,589) moving up till (£22,638)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 265 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 24 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (£39,854) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of £49,370.5.
