During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till £49,415. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from £51,542.5 to £50,464.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -13 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from £51,003.5 to £44,242.5 during February and March.
