The retail prices for Mercedes Benz A-Class cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in December was £45,999. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at £43,953 during January. The following two months (February, March) the selling price went through a devaluation of -14 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has had spectacular rise of 1100 % with an average price of £41,834.75 during the previous 4 months and £501,933.5 during the most recent months in April and May.
The average price for Mercedes Benz A-Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2008 and 2015, the average price is £5,666.75. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2008 (£2,585) moving up till (£13,069)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 181 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years.
