Mazda 6 Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Mazda 6 cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for October is £20,218. During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till £18,477. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -6 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -5 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from £18,795.5 to £17,776.5 during February and March.
The average price for Mazda 6 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2008 and 2018, the average price is £6,253.55. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2008 (£2,635) moving up till (£13,403)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 148 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 8 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (£16,841.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2021, 2022) with a price of £18,148.
