Jaguar X-Type Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Jaguar X-Type cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In October the average price per vehicle is £9,834. During November the price went trough a strong deflation till £2,927. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -31 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -30 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from £5,378.75 to £3,751.5.
The average price for Jaguar X-Type has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2001 to 2005, the average price was £2,344.8. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2001 (£3,663) and 2005 (£2,114). During the next two years (2006, 2007), the average price went up 5 % moving from !PRECIO1! to £2,469, During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 9 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (£2,725) and the the last two years that were studied (2008, 2009) with a price of £2,981.
The graph that displays the price for Jaguar X-Type cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 32 % more affordable than the average price (£2,979). Next with a price of £2,930 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 120% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of £5,283.

It is 14 % less expensive than the average market price (£2,979) followed by "Petrol" priced at £3,045. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 2 % higher than the average market price followed by "Diesel" which costs £2,548.

They are 12 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at £2,621. Cars with the the highest price have 5 doors and are 5 % more expensive than the average mentioned before.
