During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till £9,101. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 21 % from £9,480 to £11,486. In the last two, the price has gone through a -6 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from £10,483 to £9,841.5 during February and March.
