During December the price went trough a strong deflation till £24,271. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -29 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two, the price has gone through a -8 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from £35,120.5 to £32,453.5 during March and April.
