BMW M5 Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for BMW M5 cars have increased during the last 6 months. In August the price for a car is £33,960 increasing till £36,478 in September. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from £35,219 to £36,088. The average price has risen 6 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (£37,931.5) during December and January.
The average price for BMW M5 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2000 and 2018, the average price is £28,470.17. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2000 (£30,993) moving up till (£41,607)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 66 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 12 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (£53,497) and the the last two years that were studied (2021, 2022) with a price of £59,757.5.

They are 47 % more affordable than the average price (£38,098). Next with a price of £30,535 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 51% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of £42,449.
