BMW 1 Series Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW 1 Series cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for October is £36,370. During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till £32,907. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from £34,638.5 to £34,261. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from £34,449.75 to £35,108.5 during February and March.
The average price for BMW 1 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2004 and 2020, the average price is £9,521.35. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2004 (£2,163) moving up till (£24,552)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 178 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -9 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (£24,235.25) and the the last two years analyzed (2023, 2024) with a price of £22,026.5.

It is 2% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at £29,847.
